As the founder and CEO of Rep Health, I blend analytical rigor with a genuine desire to uplift every worker—especially those in unions—through personalized, science‑backed wellness solutions. Whether I’m negotiating partnerships with major organizations or fine‑tuning our platform’s user experience, I bring a collaborative, “one‑for‑all” mindset to everything I do.

At home, I’m equally devoted to family and balance. My wife, Claudia, is a passionate mediator who loves cooking up new recipes, playing cards with our kids, and taking daily walks in nature—often through the orchards and gardens on our little hobby farm. Our farmhouse kitchen is my favorite place to reconnect: it’s where laughter, experimentation, and simple joys remind me why I do this work in the first place.

Outside of business and farm life, my commitment to community runs deep. I’ve volunteered as head coach of Special Olympics powerlifting for over a decade. Whether I’m mapping out a new union partnership or supporting my family through life’s challenges, I strive to lead with compassion, integrity, and a focus on strengthening both individuals and communities.
