She has worked with global brands such as Michael Kors, Burberry, Quiksilver, and Marriott International, where she played a pivotal role in launching and expanding the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program across Europe, growing the member base from 4.2 million to 10 million and increasing program-driven revenue from $800 million to over $2 billion.

With a strong background in hospitality, retail, and technology, Elina is passionate about building businesses that redefine customer engagement, enhance brand loyalty, and create meaningful experiences. She co-founded Boundless Life in 2021, a hospitality-driven concept focused on family travel, and is now an investor in the company.

Currently, she is focused on launching multiple ventures under the Zoi Group, including lokal, a next-generation community engagement platform, and ikko, an immersive travel company for families.
