Bio
I am experienced in multiple software engineering domains: payment, cryptography engineering and blockchain, database and backend systems. I had worked in PayPal, ApplePay, American Express before. In 2023 I proposed the OP_ZKP upgrade to bring eventual Turing completeness thus more programmability to Bitcoin. I founded the Lightec Labs to push forward the proposal, and successfully launched the zkBTC project, which bridges Bitcoin to Ethereum based on ZKP as a potential application of the proposal. Now I am working on a new project which builds a Bitcoin-based chain for stable coin payment and implements the OP_ZKP proposal.

In this position so far, I had assembled a small engineering team, taught some of them how to do ZKP coding, led the team through the development of zkBTC, and personally developed the most critical components.
Accomplishment Notes
1) zkBTC went live July 2025, bridging Bitcoin and Ethereum using Zero-Knowledge Proof technology. No security incidents so far. 2) My PR (BLS12-381 G2 signature verification circuit) to gnark was merged Sept 2025, along with some other PRs from my team merged earlier. 3) I developed chainark, a ZKP library to prove a chain of relationship with unlimited length.
