I've been building software for over 2 decades, and have worked for organizations of all sizes (a majority of them being product companies). A few years ago, I launched my own startup with the idea of building some really cool products.

Building new products takes a lot of time and energy (and did I mention, a ton of money?). We've seen that a lot of great product ideas do not go too far as teams are overwhelmed with the number of things they need to do (in little time, and with little money).

As a company that has launched both B2B & B2C products, we are fully aware of all the challenges founders face. While there's generally a bit much to do across the board before you can see a new idea through to fruition, one of the areas that constantly surfaces as a major challenge is backend development.
