In my experience feeling overwhelmed doesn’t happen over night. Losing direction or the fear of it is typically a direct result of not prioritizing the absolutes in your goals.
What outcome do you want? Is there room for compromise or space to let things go that aren’t aligned with who or where you want to be?
One day/one thing at a time. I tell people (and myself) to try and make a list every day goals that you know are achievable and then COMPLETE THEM. It truly helps our outlook on things when we know we’re moving in the direction we want to go.
