What are some weak habits that young entrepreneurs often do not notice about themselves?

Deconstructing Identity to find Clarity

Most young entrepreneurs don't realize that the real issue isn't their habits -- it's the IDENTITY those habits are coming from. They focus on fixing behaviors like procrastination, inconsistency, or overworking, without questioning what's driving them. **For example, someone might say they struggle with discipline, but underneath that is often a pattern of seeking validation, avoiding failure, or operating from a version of themselves they've outgrown. So they keep trying to "fix" the habit, but the habit keeps returning-- because the root hasn't changed. The most overlooked pattern I see is building a business from a misaligned identity. It can look productive on the outside, but internally it feels forced, heavy, or disconnected. When that shifts-- when they start operating from a clearer, more aligned sense of self-- those "bad habits" either change naturally or stop showing up altogether. It's less about discipline, and more about understanding who you're being when you make your decisions. Hope this helps!!!!
