Bio

I'm the Managing Partner of Serval Ventures and MAC funds, data & people centric. We focus on leveraging data, creative & defensible strategies, nurturing diverse and promising talent. Serval exited its first portfolio company in 2018, three years after launching.

I'm a aggregate, complex systems, 4D thinker which helps me understand innovation quickly, see trends accurately, and get to the core of challenges. I'm also a big practitioner of the Pareto Principle, adept at quickly hone in the the 20% of challenges that will yield 80% returns, meaning that I can quickly help you get to results with a range of startup challenges.

I also encourage you to try 20x, our investability assessment (free for startups) to help you understand how you can be more investable, https://lnkd.in/eBQsSj_h.

Some areas to assess. -Given the fast-changing business environment with the speed of AI development & adoption, look at your market positioning. What customers really need you? How do you best reach them in bulk? What partners would create a win-win collaboration? -Product refresh: How can you update and/or repackage your product(s)? How can you change the pricing for new customers?
