Strategy & Growth | 40+ markets | ex-Bolt, Preply
I've spent the last 7+ years in strategy and growth roles at tech companies like Bolt and Preply, working across 40+ markets. I've led everything from market sizing and go-to-market planning to pricing strategy and cross-functional alignment.
Outside of my full-time work, I mentor founders and operators through my practice (70+ founders, 30+ countries) and teach strategy at Harbour Space University in Barcelona.
I'm most useful if you're dealing with: market entry decisions, growth strategy, pricing, or figuring out how to structure your strategy function. I don't do theory. I help you think through the actual problem.

That's a really interesting question! I've used to build the strategy team focused on long-term planning for the key ride-hailing player in Europe and Africa! High-level I would say that the overall habit of owning a car is changing with people leaning more towards cars per subscription and ride-hailing. Tapping into these 2 segments is key for any player in this industry
