His career began in the early era of network expansion, where he built a foundation in systems integration, field operations, and end-to-end network deployment. Over the decades, Charles advanced into senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise-level fiber builds, large-scale technology rollouts, and operational teams responsible for delivering mission-critical connectivity across diverse markets.

Known for aligning technical execution with strategic business growth, Charles has led initiatives spanning outside plant construction, fiber-to-the-home deployments, VoIP and managed-services operations, field workforce development, and multi-market expansion planning. His work has repeatedly focused on improving efficiency, reducing cost of deployment, and building durable partnerships with developers, municipalities, and private capital groups.

With a history of executing high-volume residential and commercial fiber rollouts, Charles co-founded Aspen Fiber Networks and Aspen Fiber Holdings to meet increasing demand for high-capacity infrastructure in master-planned communities and rapidly growing metropolitan regions. His leadership centers on disciplined financial modeling, scalable operational frameworks, and long-term investor alignment as Aspen accelerates its expansion strategy.

Outside of the boardroom, Charles is a former competitive tennis player and a passionate foodie. He enjoys traveling with the lifelong goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states, the 100 largest American cities, and as many safe international destinations as possible.
