CEO Olgeta, CCO of FTM II. Medical Receivables Fund company with operational arm in US.
Bio
With a globally informed foundation spanning the full spectrum of care — primary, secondary, and tertiary — I bring a uniquely comprehensive perspective to healthcare finance. I hold an advanced diploma in Healthcare Management and served for ten years as a Medical Officer with the U.S. Peace Corps, delivering clinical oversight in diverse, resource-limited settings. Over the past decade, my focus has shifted to a strategic niche: the assessment, valuation, and management of medical receivables. This specialized area of healthcare finance not only generates consistent, risk-adjusted returns but also unlocks liquidity for underserved medical providers — creating both financial yield and measurable social impact.
Together with my husband and business partner, William (Bill) Dalzell — an accomplished international executive with over 15 years of expertise in medical receivables as an alternative asset class — we have successfully launched and scaled multiple ventures. Bill previously co-founded and served as Director of a globally recognized, award-winning investment fund dedicated to healthcare finance. Our combined leadership blends deep operational and clinical insight with proven investment and portfolio management experience across global markets.
Today, I lead educational initiatives, including webinars, with a focus on demystifying purpose-driven investing — particularly for women who seek low-risk, values-aligned financial strategies. I am passionate about expanding access to this underexplored asset class and helping new investors confidently enter the space. Grounded in the belief that profit and purpose can — and should — coexist, our work is guided by a singular mission: Doing Well by Doing Good.

Elevator Pitch
We invest in healthcare outcomes by funding patient care upfront and bridging the cash flow gap for providers awaiting legal case resolutions. Our model addresses a common gap in personal injury cases: while patients need timely medical care, providers often wait months or years for payment tied to legal settlements. We step in to purchase those medical receivables at a discount, giving providers immediate liquidity and allowing patients to access the care they need.
Once the legal case resolves, we negotiate collections — delivering attractive, risk-adjusted returns to our investors. It’s a low-volatility, socially impactful asset class with built-in legal process momentum. Patients heal, providers thrive, and investors do well — a true win–win–win.
