Bio
I founded SoftwareKey.com in the early 90’s to help companies monetize software by creating a product activation & licensing toolkit. That experience - using technology to solve a problem - gave me a unique perspective during the pandemic. I see how businesses are now being challenged to achieve high customer satisfaction in quality and timely service while operating on slim profit margins with volatile resources.
To innovate solutions that will allow these businesses to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability, I've identified the missing link in customer flow management.
I founded Floqque LLC to develop technology to address that missing link. We're creating EnRoute™ by Floqque, a Predictive Queuing Platform that will turn every reservation, booking, and appointment software into a precision arrival management system. EnRoute will transform the service model for every provider operating on a schedule with real-time arrival and queuing management. It provides the automatic coordination that virtual queuing and other scheduling systems have been missing.
EnRoute is a new type of reservation where customers simply say, “I’m on the way.”
