I am the Founder of The Opp Guild, a career community and workforce development company dedicated to bridging the gap between diverse talent and inclusive employers. I am building a platform that offers management solutions, training, and a dedicated ecosystem to empower job seekers—specifically veterans, individuals with disabilities, and military spouses.

Prior to launching my own venture, I held leadership roles as a Head of Talent and a Director of Digital Engagement. In these capacities, I led global recruitment strategies for C-suite and technical roles across North America, EMEA, and APAC, managing remote teams and complex operations in multiple countries. My background is deeply rooted in operational efficiency; I have consistently streamlined hiring processes and implemented data-driven strategies to improve retention and reducing time-to-hire for major organizations.

I hold an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics, along with certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and LEAN Six Sigma YB. Based in Texas and Illinois, I am committed to building partnerships that drive workforce innovation.
