As Managing Partner of The Table Bistro, Jove helped grow the brand to $1.5M in sales within 3 years, growing top line sales by 28% per year, while maintaining positive cash flow, a 4.7-star Google rating, and building a 10k+ social media following. The restaurant earned the 2024 Taste of Abbotsford Award and was a multi-year Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award Nominee

Through The Bridge Ventures Inc., Jove has advised restaurant operators and real estate developers, converting underperforming food & beverage spaces into cash-flow-positive assets. His leadership experience also includes roles at Cactus Club Cafe, where he operated the brand’s most profitable location at $7.7M in sales with a 27.7% profit margin, and at Earls Restaurants, where he managed the company’s highest-grossing BC venue at $9.9M annually

Jove’s entrepreneurial and leadership impact extends beyond operations. He is a 2025 Chamber of Commerce Director, a panel speaker on hospitality and leadership, and previously served as City Team Leader for Leader Impact.
