With over 30 years in the fintech industry, Vonda George began her career in a Savings and Loan before spending over 20 years at a leading fintech company (now Finastra). She advanced from Analyst and Programmer to lead the Professional Services organization for North America Community Markets. Today, as the founder of FinTech Vets, she empowers financial institutions to successfully navigate the fintech ecosystem.

Vonda George is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial and fintech industry. She began her career at a Savings and Loan in Chicago, IL, where she played a pivotal role in vendor selection, system conversions, hardware and software deployment, system design, development, installation, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Transitioning from banking to Fintech, Vonda continued her success journey, starting as an Extended Services Analyst and Programmer and eventually reaching top ranks at Finastra, a leading fintech company globally. At Finastra, she managed professional/technical services, customization, and extended customer care for the North America Community Markets Lending Territory. Before departing Finastra, Vonda took on the challenge of founding a new organization focused on delivering proactive, continuous, and comprehensive services to clients, enhancing their business outcomes and aiding in their transformation journey.
