Nick Carpol is a CBD pioneer with over 15 years of experience in the cannabis and CBD industries. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sunriver Botanicals, where he has developed more than 20 custom CBD products, providing personalized consultations to over 8,000 patients. Nick is an expert in operations management, product development, and regulatory compliance, and he holds a U.S. Patent (No. 6,116,668) for an innovative pet product. Known for his entrepreneurial leadership, Nick has successfully scaled multiple ventures and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions in highly regulated markets.

As one of the founders of the CBD movement since 2009, I helped build an industry that few knew about and even fewer supported at the time. Back then, CBD was largely unknown and misunderstood, often confused with recreational marijuana. Despite skepticism and numerous legal challenges, I saw the potential in CBD as a powerful tool for wellness. Through determination and persistence, I played a key role in growing the CBD industry into what it is today.

My entrepreneurial journey began long before CBD. In 2000, I received US Patent No. 6,116,668 for a pet product, which showcased my passion for innovation and product development. This early success shaped my business philosophy and laid the foundation for my future work in CBD.

When I first entered the CBD space, I was focused on health and wellness, not the recreational market. With nom de plume, CBD FARMER, and my tagline "I focus on your health, not your high," I set out to create products that offered the benefits of CBD without the psychoactive effects of THC. Over the years, I’ve engaged directly with thousands of end-users—from parents looking for safe products for their children to elderly patients seeking natural relief from chronic conditions. Their feedback has been instrumental in shaping the development of my products.

I’ve always believed in maintaining full control over the production process. By keeping everything in-house, I can ensure the highest levels of quality, purity, and consistency. From seed to sale, I oversee every step—research, formulation, bottling, and packaging—allowing me to adapt quickly to market trends and regulatory changes while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

This hands-on approach and direct engagement with consumers have earned Sunriver Botanicals and my previous ventures, such as Tomorrow Morning and Allay Farms, a reputation for innovation and quality. My extensive knowledge of cannabis cultivation, formulation, and dosing, combined with my commitment to wellness, has made me a leader in the CBD industry.
