Bio
I began my digital career in AdTech, first at PointRoll and then at Tapad, where I built and scaled the global Account Management team and founded the company’s first Customer Analytics and Analytics Product teams—pioneering cross-device insights including Connected TV.
At GIPHY, I evolved into a Product Executive, leading teams across Search, Ads, Web, Mobile, SaaS, and Analytics. I successfully launched new products, led revenue-generating business units, and managed Sales and BD teams. I am a strong advocate for inclusive design and believe DEAI is essential to building impactful products.
Now, I am the co-founder of Kindred Works, a senior team of operators and problem solvers with a bias towards action. We get projects 100% done even if we only have 20% of the information, all with zero handholding. Our goal is to free up Founders’ time, keep teams moving, and leave companies with systems that live beyond our engagement.
With Kindred Works Founders don’t have to choose just one lane: we cover product, people, partnerships, BD, and operations. And we don’t just advise. We roll up our sleeves and actually execute, bringing solutions, playbooks, and the right amount of process to help Founders and teams succeed.
