I spent nearly 8 years at EY leading global programs across 15 countries. The problem I kept seeing -- smart people making consequential decisions with no signal of their actual cognitive state -- never got solved. I left in April 2026 to build Gamma full time.
Gamma is a cognitive intelligence layer that sits on top of wearables you already own. One EEG calibration session. A personal correlation model. Then a daily Cognitive Capacity Score through your Apple Watch or Oura -- no headset required.
Built the platform solo in under 3 months with no prior EEG background. 58+ sessions logged. Platform live at app.gammacog.com. Based in Lisbon.
