I’m Co-Founder & CEO of Idonea, where I’m building human-first employment infrastructure for a labor market being reshaped by AI. Idonea is designed to help organizations define the work they actually need and help people demonstrate what they can do through evidence, realistic work, and validated capability — rather than relying primarily on résumés, rankings, or automated judgments.

My background spans more than 25 years across product strategy, UX, research, information architecture, digital transformation, business development, and complex stakeholder environments. I’ve worked across technology, media, finance, and the public sector, helping organizations turn ambiguous problems into products, services, and systems people can actually use.

Today, I’m focused on the intersection of AI, work, human agency, and economic transition. I’m particularly interested in how we design technology that helps people navigate changing forms of work without reducing them to scores, profiles, or predictions. At Idonea, that means building systems around evidence, transparency, accessibility, privacy, and accountable human decision-making.

I’m currently looking to connect with founders, engineers, advisors, researchers, employers, and investors who are thinking seriously about the future of work, responsible AI, employment infrastructure, and how we create better ways for people to participate in a rapidly changing economy.
