About Hannah
I am the founder and CEO of SALT Collaboratory, a consulting company that helps clients acquire Design Thinking and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) skills to amplify focus, collaboration and creativity in their work.
Prior to SALT Collaboratory, she held Principal positions at leading consulting firms including Point B in Seattle and Cap Gemini Ernst and Young (CGEY) in London.
I use Design Thinking to help clients develop deeper insights into problem spaces and create more innovative solutions to their prioritized challenges. My work helps teams develop skills to become more engaged, aligned, productive, diverse and optimistic in their work.
I use the OKR framework to help clients set aspirational goals and prioritize their work to deliver outsized results. Once corporate level OKRs are set, teams can collaborate to set their own objectives and measurable key results to guide their work. When implemented well, the OKR framework directs individual and team commitment and creativity towards focused outcomes that accelerate growth.
I have a CFA, an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am also a certified Instructor in Design Thinking from the US based LUMA Institute.
