Paul Rivard is a Canadian entrepreneur, event producer, and award-winning singer-songwriter. He is the Founder and President of Ticketwindow.ca (est. 2004), an event management and ticketing software company that has supported festivals, concerts, and live entertainment across Canada. Under his leadership, Ticketwindow earned the 2024 Festivals and Events Ontario “Service of Excellence Award for Innovation.”

From 1997 to 2008, Paul had a career as a performer and songwriter, winning the 2008 Maja Award for his contributions to music. Alongside his music career, he worked as an Advertising Agent for promoters, developing sponsorship packages, producing commercials for radio and TV, and facilitating partnerships between promoters and corporate sponsors.

Paul also managed Sales, Marketing, and Sponsorship for Inspire FM (2000–2005), a charitable radio station in London, Ontario. His background extends into manufacturing and quality control, where he gained early career experience before transitioning fully into events and entertainment.

With decades of experience in live event production, marketing, and ticketing, Paul has become a respected leader in Canada’s festival and event industry. He continues to develop innovative projects—including new festivals, nonprofit initiatives, and event technology platforms—while remaining active in the creative arts.
