Joshua Griffin is the founder and CEO of Tactical Labs, a veteran-owned defense technology startup developing advanced composite solutions for military and commercial applications. The company’s NS Composite™ platform is designed to replace heavier legacy materials with lightweight, durable, and domestically sourced alternatives for aircraft, survivability systems, unmanned platforms, fuel systems, and expeditionary equipment.

Before founding Tactical Labs, Joshua served in the U.S. Army, including assignments with the 75th Ranger Regiment and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. His career included 16 deployments and leadership roles spanning aviation systems, logistics, maintenance, communications, program execution, and organizational management.

Joshua later led complex defense programs and organizations within a portfolio exceeding $500 million. At Tactical Labs, he oversees company strategy, product development, government contracting, partnerships, fundraising, and commercialization.

Under his leadership, Tactical Labs has advanced third-party validated technology and established engagement with military organizations, government research entities, prime contractors, and commercial aviation partners. Joshua’s goal is to build Tactical Labs into a scalable advanced-manufacturing company that strengthens the domestic industrial base while delivering lighter, more resilient, and more cost-effective products.
