Lifetime entrepreneur. I was selling Christmas Holly door-to-door when I was 10 years old, along with my newspaper route. I've been a founder and business person ever since then. At 18, while working as a DJ for a rock station in the San Francisco Bay Area, I founded a Concert and Dance Promotion company that booked live events and promoted them to the public. I subsequently, founded a Building Maintenance Company that serviced commercial office building clients. Then I went on to start a Radio Syndication Company that produced shows for radio stations throughout the USA and the BBC in England. My next venture was a Software Company, where we built a program called Avenues for Windows, which was a marketing campaign database management program. After that, I was doing high level IT consulting for two big government entities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Then came getting a real estate brokers license and my focus was on working with car collectors who had unique real estate needs. Then that spun up to the launch of CarProperty.com and the subsequent formation of Car Property Group, Inc. Now we are at a big pivot point and need to raise outside equity capital.
