My path to digital health began on rock walls and backcountry trails, guiding groups through experiential education. That work honed an empathy-first mindset: listen deeply, meet people where they are, and design every step around real-world needs. I carried that philosophy into product leadership at Elevate, where I helped scale the business for the past 3 years. Today I’m channeling those skills into Craft’s next-gen EMR and virtual-care platform.
