At Avios, I scaled the rewards platform to process over 300M transactions per year, handling 220,000 points per minute and over $100m ARR. I launched a real-time rewards system that reduced friction for millions of customers and integrated Fidel with the Avios API, resulting in a 12x increase in card-linked members for Aer Lingus.

During my time at Google as an Associate Product Manager, I contributed to the success of the Google Knowledge Graph. I helped improve Google's search capacity, powering over 2 trillion searches annually and enhancing user experience for more than 1 billion people across 190 countries and 100 languages.
