Arlette is a seasoned expert in sustainability and innovation management, she has spent over two decades driving positive change in organizations across various industries.

She has spent most of her career working in international development, having served as Programme Officer for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and UN High Comissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and more recently as a management consultant and government advisor on sustainable development and educational innovation.

In 2019, she took the leap and founded Educology, an e-learning company whose mission is to democratize access to learning on the job in any job. Her vision is to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within organizations.

As a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, she believes that online learning should be accessible, engaging, and relevant to the needs of modern employees. Educology is committed to creating a new standard for online learning, one that is interactive, immersive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of all employees regardless of their line of work.

She holds a a BA in International Relations, an MBA from Florida International University (FIU) and a post-graduate degree in Design Thinking and Innovation Management. She has honed skills in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with a focus on creating value for both organizations and the environment.
