Bio
For over three decades, I’ve led global customer experience and contact center operations—designing systems that serve millions, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable improvements in satisfaction, retention, and efficiency. My career has been about one thing: creating experiences that put people first.
Along the way, I saw a parallel: the same challenges that once held back customer systems—fragmentation, inequity, and outdated approaches—also exist in youth development. Too many young people are left behind because the systems around them weren’t built for today’s realities.
That’s why I Co-founded RiseUp Technologies. We’re reimagining youth development by applying proven principles from customer experience—listening deeply, designing with empathy, scaling with innovation, and measuring what matters. Our mission is to empower the next generation to rise up and thrive, while equipping parents, communities, and partners with the tools they need to support them.
I believe the next generation already has what it takes—they just need access, opportunity, and equity.
