Hong Kong vs Singapore, where to register a business in terms of foreign friendliness, cost & tax efficiency.

It's an internet travel business Most revenue is coming outside of Singapore and Hong Kong, all revenue is 100% online I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese. Which one has more tax incentives and overall incentives for startups. I do not have contacts in Singapore for nominee director role which will cost SGD1800 per person.

Becuse there is no minimum capital requirement for setting up a Hong Kong entity, while Singapore requires a minimum of SGD 1

Without a doubt, Hong Kong. I've registered multiple business in Hong Kong and it's much easier and international friendly. There are also a lot of services out there that does it all for you.

India is the best option to invest and do business right now. You can consider following points:

Cost: Cheap labour,cheap travel and other cost.

Tax Efficiency: With implementation of GST 2 years back, tax complication is lower

Foreign Friendliness: There is lot of unemployement in India and Goverment is promoting Make in India. So, there will be support from Govt. .

Concerns: Law and order and red tapism which is being looked after by the Govt.

If you are thinking of future India is the MARKET.

We choose Singapore for in 2017 and have found the process very friendly. They overall have the most stable and secure society. Who knows what will happen in Hong Kong.
