I'm a happily married father of 3 children on the spectrum (ages 3/5/7). Ever since having kids I've wanted to make sure I had something to leave them but when my mom suddenly passed at the end of 2024 all I wanted to do was figure out how to retire early to spend more time with them. I formed a nonprofit to continue the legacy of her core values: discipleship, service, compassion and love. I had always wanted to get into real estate especially new construction/development. One though led to another and here I am with a joint venture opportunity and needs funding to come to fruition. My mom was such an advocate for affordable housing and first time homebuyer programs I knew the nonprofit would need to have that as part of it's focus and this venture is one step closer to that vision.

I am launching a Joint Venture with NexGen Steel Framing to bring their proprietary, high-speed steel manufacturing technology to Sacramento. We are filling a critical gap in the NorCal construction supply chain by providing precision-engineered framing kits that reduce on-site labor by 30%.
