After 35+ years of reviewing contractor CPM schedules by hand for project owners, I started building the tool I always wished I had — and my business partner and I are now running it as IPSYS Analytics. IPSYS Analytics is a B2B SaaS platform that analyzes contractor CPM schedules on capital construction projects. Our customers are project owners — capital program managers, project controls directors, owner's representatives — who need to evaluate the schedules contractors submit but don't have the time or specialized expertise to do it manually. I'm a 35-year industry veteran transitioning my consulting practice into software, so my current sales motion is mostly direct outreach to my existing network plus speaking at industry conferences. We have a few early paying customers and are bootstrapped. Looking for help thinking through how to scale beyond my personal network into a repeatable sales and marketing motion.
