Questions

What are some different options for telling all clients you are closing the company, without it sounding like your fault or their fault. I want to say it in one email, without specifics and also tell them that there is time to move their services away. But again without giving or showing any blame. Please bear in mind this is a small company with few clients, no shareholders, no debts.

Simply put, be yourself, be kind and be authentic. “Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don’t say it mean.” As transparently as possible, tell all those involved as much as you are willing to reveal and say thank you for your time with them, show gratitude and offer to help in any way moving forward.

Hope this helps!
