I'm trying to get a working prototype of a macOS app. Not on Upwork. I've tried toptal.com and was told that they couldn't guarantee that they had such a developer but they'd try. Why is it so hard to find a macOS developer?
A good way to find devs that most probably haven't tried is Stackoverflow. Look for devs that have answered a lot of MacOS app related questions. Let me know if you want to chat more about this and other ways.
