We will have a startup studio with some startups, we want to setup a holding company outside for some basic advantages like tax, legal and resources. Where should we go? We are considering two options 1. Delaware 2.Isle of Man
You should consider purchasing a company already in business that provides those services in one of the "business friendly states", Delaware, Texas, Nevada. Doing so will set you apart from your competitors and will give you credibility based on the reputation of the company you are purchasing.

if it is only a question of taxes, then you'd better look for a detaxe zone.
If you are looking to expand your business abroad with another identity, different than the Indian one, Europe can be the best place for you.
