I'm on the hunt for an effective, startup friendly, help desk documentation platform. This would be the documentation platform that internal help desk resources use as a reference to try and address customer inquiries. Ideally the platform integrates nicely with Zen Desk. Any suggestions? Thanks!
The leading players are Zendesk, GrooveHQ, and FreshDesk. I have used all of these and my vote goes to Zendesk.
