I have a very high volume of Google AdSense customers moving through my online Payment System, and yet the payout to these Google customers is very slow and cumbersome. I need to find someone within AdSense who can build a better more optimal relationship with my company to make this a better experience for both Google and my customers.
It is a pretty good chance Google won't accelerate anything for you and provide you with better help. They are just too big and their priorities lie with far much bigger initiatives. You might have luck if you find an Adsense employee via LinkedIn and establish a connection that way! but I wouldn't hold your breath.
